Client Referral Program

Word of mouth advertising and referrals have always been important to our business. Our new client referral program is a business to business program which rewards our current clients with credits for referring new clients.

Our client referral incentive program is pretty straightforward: if you bring us new business (in this context, the term "new business" means a referral resulting in a signed contract with either a new client or a former client with whom we have not had a contract for at least 2 years) we give your organization a "business development incentive credit" equal to 10% of the total value of the signed contract. The credit is awarded when we get paid by the new client. The credit is valid for up to two years from the date of issue, and can be applied against any Gary Eikenberry Consulting/GEConsult.com invoices

If you arrange a design consultation, as outlined in the Project Development Guidelines, resulting in a contract, your incentive credit is based on the value of the contract. If no contract results, you still get a $100 flat rate credit.

In the case of a consulting services contract, your 10% is calculated based on the initial retainer, which is usually $3,120 (which means $312 for you).
